Your ticket is in the Green Bus app and on book.greenbus.sa — open Trips → Find my bookings and enter the email you booked with; we send you a code and your tickets are restored. Just show the QR code when you board.

No — authorised sales agents are independent businesses, not Green Bus employees. A booking exists only once it is created and paid in the Green Bus platform: if you pay an agent in cash, make sure the agent confirms your booking in the platform before you travel.
